The purpose of this test is to make sure you understand some of the core policies regarding your enrolment. Please refer to emails and other sources of information you have received from Sutherland Training:

1. How long do you have to complete your course (maximum time)? *

2. What is your deadline date? *

3. What is the latest time to submit your last unit on your deadline date? *

4. How long is the grace period after your deadline for your assessor to mark and for you to attend to any corrections? *

5. What happens if you feel you need more time beyond your deadline? *

6. What is the monthly fee for extensions? *

7. What happens if we detect that no activity has been recorded for at least 3 months ("activity" means the submission of work)? *

8. Are you required to demonstrate progress on your course? *

9. What is the "Progress Goals" schedule for? *

10. If you don't submit your unit according to date on the Progress Goals schedule, do I need to inform anyone? *

11. Why do we do a monthly "check in"? *

11. Which button on the portal can you click on to contact your assessor? *

12. What are the "Tip Sheets" for that are provided with each unit? *

13. Must I watch the video that comes with each unit? *

14. What happens when you click on the "Lodge" button on the portal? *

15. Where do you find information about your assessors including their email address, marking turnaround, availability etc? *

16. What happens if Sutherland Training detects that you have used 100% Artificial Intelligence (AI) in your answers? *

18. Are you permitted to work on more that one unit at time (excluding one that is being marked)? *
