Our Accredited Certificate courses includes Administration and Medical Administration specialties. As a Registered Training Organisation since June 2009, we pride ourselves on being experts in the field of Business and Medical Administration. As a pre-qualified supplier for Certificate 3 Guarantee QLD (DESBT) eligible learners will be able to qualify for subsidies on our Certificate III courses. Our Short courses include Microsoft Office applications courses such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Access as well as accounting programs MYOB and Xero. These courses are delivered in class and virtually over Zoom. Our courses Accredited Courses Our BSB30120 - Certificate III in Business, can be undertaken with or without streams. Streams include, Administration, Medical Administration and Customer Engagement. These qualifications will give you the skills to find work as either a General Office Administrator, Medical Receptionist/Administrator or Customer Service Representative. We also deliver HLT37315 - Certificate III in Health Administration will qualify you for roles including Medical Receptionist, Ward Clerk and Admissions clerk in a medical/health environment. Our Certificate courses are delivered 100% online in the comfort of your own home or office. Our focus is on delivering a high quality, memorable training experience with dedicated and professional staff and trainers and giving you the skills to get back to work. This is a vibrant, modern space with state-of-the-art corporate facilities and many options downstairs for lunch and refreshments.. Class sizes are kept to a maximum of 6 and we offer the student a relaxed and comfortable learning environment. Domestic and Family Violence Policy Sutherland Training supports the recommendations laid out in the Not now, Not Ever Report putting an end to domestic and family violence in Queensland.
