Fees Declaration

    This form has been designed to confirm that you have been informed of all fees for your course.  Please complete all the fields and click on the Submit button at the bottom. Thank you.

    1. Extension fees - a charge of $200 per month is applicable if you need more time beyond your deadline.
    2. Re-enrolment fee for a withdrawn student - In the case where you have withdrawn and then wish to continue on - $200.00.
    3. Course transfer - if you wish to change the course once your enrolment phase has been completed - $150.00.
    4. Reprinting of lost certificates - $65.00.
    5. Change to original units- eg. changing an elective once you have completed your enrolment - $45.00 per unit.  Please make sure you are 100% comfortable with your choice of electives.
    REFUNDS
    Please be aware that our Refund Policy states that no refunds are issued if you withdraw once your course has commenced.  If medical reasons exist for your withdrawal, you will be given a time credit of 6 months and can return at no extra cost in this time. Issuance of time credits will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
