1. I do not hold a post-school Australian Certificate 3 or higher qualification (tick this box if you hold a qualification from abroad that has not been converted to the Australian equivalent): 2. I am no longer attending school. 3. I am over 15 years of age. 4. I understand that by undertaking this qualification, under the Certificate 3 Guarantee program, I will no longer be eligible for another subsidised place for another qualification. 5. I am not currently enrolled in a post-school Certificate III or higher-level qualification. 6. Whilst enrolled in this course, I will not enrol in or complete another Certificate III course, higher-level qualification or any unit that is part of this course. 7. I understand that if I enrol in other accredited training, I will no longer receive subsidies and I will be responsible for the full course fee.
