Our suite of Business Skills for the Workplace (BSW) courses are targeted at those who are either employed in business or wish to work in the operations of a business.  We cater for all levels depending on where your skills currently lie.   Our three BSW levels that can be taken individually or you can elect to do all three.

These courses have been designed by Sutherland Training and are not Vocational Education and Training (VET) qualifications.

Mode of delivery - Face-to-Face in class at our training centre in Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast

Each level includes:

- Course Manual for each day of class
- Qualified, supportive trainers
- Extra handouts and resources
- Highly practical exercises applicable to the workplace
- Computer use in our air-conditioned training rooms - no need to bring your own or share
- Optional projects and homework to practice - no mandatory assessments
- Certificate on completion of full course
- Small in-house graduation ceremony at the end of each level
