Online mode

Online mode allows you to start anytime and study at your own pace.  Your course must be completed within 12 months or sooner.   We have a very user-friendly learner portal and you are supported every step of the way.

Face-to-face mode

If you would like to attend this course in class, we have the following  start dates.  Classes are held at our training centre in Maroochydore and numbers are limited.  Please book early.

Full Fee - $1,732.50 (this fee is a 30% discount off our full fee of $2,475.00 over COVID)

Payment plans  
We work with you to make sure that you can get your qualification started as soon as possible.  We have five payment plan levels ranging from 10 to 35 weeks.  Request further details about our payment plans.​
 
Support 
We support you throughout your learning experience and your trainer/assessor is available within working hours to support you if you do not understand.  We pride ourselves on the level of support we offer.  All our trainers and assessors are qualified with the most current TAE qualifications and are industry-experienced professionals who have worked in business and office administration environments.   ​

Entry requirements
In order to undertake this course you will need basic computer skills, access to a computer, printer and internet. Adequate literacy and numeracy skills are also required.

If you are thinking of upgrading your existing qualification, please contact us to discuss further.  Credit Transfers and RPL are available.

Credit Transfers for other BSB30120 qualifications
After successful completion of this qualification, you will automatically gain credit transfers towards our BSB30120 - Certificate III in Business and  BSB30210- Certificate III in Business (Medical Administration) specialisation.
